En "Furia de Titanes", la lucha definitiva por el poder enfrenta a los hombres contra los reyes y a los reyes contra los hombres. Pero la guerra entre los propios dioses podría destruir el mundo. Perseo (Sam Worthington), nacido como un dios pero criado como un hombre, no puede hacer nada para salvar a su familia de Hades (Ralph Fiennes), el vengativo dios del inframundo. Sin nada más que perder, Perseo se ofrece para liderar una peligrosa misión destinada a derrotar a Hades antes de que pueda arrebatar el poder a Zeus (Liam Neeson) y hacer de la Tierra un infierno.
Perseo comienza un peligroso viaje a lo más profundo de los mundos prohibidos, al frente de un grupo de guerreros entre los que se encuentran Draco (Mads Mikkelsen), un experimentado soldado que anima al rebelde Perseo a aprovechar sus poderes divinos. Luchando contra demonios desalmados y bestias terribles, sólo sobrevivirán si Perseo acepta su poder de dios y desafía a su destino para forjarse el suyo propio.
